In the power given under section 42 (1), the government appointed Assistant Commissioner (Land), Upazila-Bakshiganj, District: Jamalpur as Administrator of Bakshiganj Municipality. Mr. Md. Abu Hassan Siddique, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Bakshiganj, Jamalpur, is serving as its Administrator.
