Panel mayor
Panel mayor means a mayor who is elected as the mayor of any municipality or city corporation or any such mayor who is elected as the mayor of any such case before the expiration of term of any such mayor.

When the mayor of the panel is not the present mayor, the public representatives or the public representatives are responsible. The government or public representatives can choose the panel mayor
